What does reserved seating look like in the Hunt Seat arena?

VIP reserved seating options include ringside tables which include 6 folding chairs and a 4′ round table with tablecloth. VIP reserved bleacher sections seat approximately 12-16 people and are located behind the VIP tables.

Open bleacher seating is across the hunt seat arena and is first-come, first serve each day. Note: There is no reserved seating in the Dressage arena. The Dressage arena has bleacher seating only and room for bring-your-own chairs, if you wish. See image below for the VIP seating set-up in the Hunt Seat arena. PURCHASE VIP SEATING >>

Need a place to store all your team’s boot and garment bags? Looking for a place to hang out with your teammates? Perhaps a private spot to change clothes, relax, and eat? Wish you could participate in the Stall Decorating Contest but your team is not bringing horses?

Reserve a “PEOPLE STALL” in Barn 6 for all your stuff! Bring a lock, chairs, and tables if you wish and make it a comfy hang out spot to de-compress. NOTE: Seating is limited in the arenas and there is not much room for extra items or to hang clothing.

Muzzy Family/MZ Farms IEA National Finals Individual Qualifier Travel Grant

DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONS:

WESTERN – FRIDAY, MAY 30, 2025

Funded by a generous Donation from The Muzzy Family and MZ Farms

The purpose of the Muzzy Family/MZ Farms IEA Nationals Travel Grant is to assist INDIVIDUAL QUALIFIED riders who demonstrate financial need with up to $2,000 in grant money to assist them in attending Finals.

The grant will provide funding to support expenses related to one (1) rider plus a guardian and a coach to travel to IEA National Finals, in addition to related entry fees for any individual and team (if applicable) classes.

Awards will be available for all THREE IEA NATIONAL FINALS events as follows:

Six (6) for Hunt Seat Nationals
Two (2) for Dressage Nationals
Two (2) for Western Nationals

Submissions must be received for Western by MONDAY, MAY 5, 2025.

CONTEST RULES:

Artwork must be at least 11” tall by 8.5” wide (vertical piece of standard paper).
Any medium is accepted (painting, drawing, digital, etc.) but all art must be scanned to digital in high resolution (300dpi) before uploading.
Original artwork by student/rider. No adult/parent submissions.
No clipart.
Must include description and title of work.
Artwork must represent the spirit of IEA National Finals.
Riders in different disciplines may submit for any cover Contest (Hunt Seat, Western or Dressage).
Only 1 piece submitted per discipline
Please do not include any text, logos, handwriting (other than an artist’s signature) on the artwork. You may used drawn logos (ex. IEA logo on a ribbon).
Must include IEA rider information such as name, team, address, and phone number.
IEA has the rights to all artwork submitted to be used for the cover(s) and/or social media posts including cropping and overlay of text/logos.
Allowing for some “blank space” in the artwork or off-setting the subject matter allows for easier placement of cover text.
