SafeSport Required Training
IEA holds the safety of its riders in the highest regard. Through the sanctioning of horse shows, IEA aims to provide a playing field that is both level and safe. New requirements related to SafeSport education were recently implemented for IEA Board Members, Staff, and Zone Administrators, in addition to their required background checks.
Referral Program for Adult Members: Grow the IEA Community — Earn $50 for Every New Coach You Refer!
The IEA Coach Referral Program rewards current adult IEA members who help bring new coaches and teams into the organization.
IEA Benevolent Fund
Each year the IEA offers assistance to our members through programs funded through the IEA Benevolent Fund. The Financial Assistance Program offers aid to incoming rider members who require help financing their IEA competition. The Coaches Assistance Grant offers financial assistance to our member Coaches in their time of need.
Created in partnership between IEA and the EQUUS Foundation, this new team-based award honors IEA teams that go beyond the show ring to make a meaningful difference in the well-being of America’s horses and the people who benefit from their interaction with horses. LEARN MORE >
